windows 10 graphic driver can't be installed

Hi,

everytime i try to install the driver for my new pc, this message pops up:

 

NVIDIA Installer cannot continue

This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows.

This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.
 

I have installed this version of Windows:

 

Windows 10 Enterprise N 2016
LTSB

 

and i have mounted this graphic card:

 

Gainward GeForce RTX 2080 Phantom

 

with this driver 417.35

 

I really don't understand the Problem...

Has anyone an idea what it could be?

 

I've built this PC new and its the 1st time it's in use.

 

my motherboard is:

Asrock z390 Taichi
