Why am i getting really bad grame rates in mosr games?

currently im running all my games in 1080p till i get a new monitor which will be 1440p, in most of my games i cant achive 100+ fps and i have no idea why, my ram pseed is at 2666, cpu at stock, gpu stock. my build should be able to play 4k60Fps but its not achiving 1080p 60Fps, can anyone please tell me why??

Why do you have 11.7 gb ram usable from 16???

Well I think based on your configuration it is all about drivers available at current state.
