Night vision binoculars.

Any one here use any type of night vision binoculars?I am looking to buy one so i can see the hills and wild life at night.Max budget would be around the 400$ range.

i heard these are military equipment and restricted for exports. played a small night vision telescope in others home when im a kid, they have us passport. they said it's some kind of business gift toy of sort, not for sale. it uses a weird battery, works exactly like those in splinter cell games.

Anyone can own nightvision. 

I don’t own these but this review on 

nightfox 100V

was compelling to me.
