So I'm building a new desktop for video editting. I mainly uses Adobe Premiere and After Effects. These 2 CPUs have similar prices, and I'm wondering which one is better.

I know in premiere, these 2 are pretty much the same, but I don't know about after effects tho. Could use some advice, thanks to y'all.

after effects works best with a 9900k

 

but the 2920X would help with render times in premiere.

 

It really depends on what specific tasks you work on and how long they take to get done
