Build for Brother

So I'm looking at a bargains with PC parts and this is what I've come up with for my brother's new build. The build would roughly be around $600 or less.

 

CPU: i5-6600k
Mobo: Gigabyte Gaming 7 Z170X
RAM: 16GB Gskill Ripjaws 2800MHz
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Zotac
HDD: 1TB WD Blue
SSD: 240GB Kingston
PSU: EVGA 600w

 

I already have the PSU and one of the RAM sticks. I know he wouldn't stream and wouldn't be playing a lot of AAA titles. The goal would be to get over 60fps on High settings.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5800X3D

MOBO: ASUS TUF Gaming X570 PLUS (Wi-Fi)

RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws @ 3600MHz

GPU: PowerColor Fighter RX 6700 XT

STORAGE: 500GB Crucial MX500 M.2 (Boot Drive) / 500GB Crucial SATA / 1TB WD HDD

CASE: Dimas Tech EasyBench V3.0

 

VR RIG:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x

MOBO: MSI B550 Gaming GEN3

RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws @ 3600MHz

GPU: Zotac AMP! 2080 Super

STORAGE: 250GB ADATA SSD / 500GB WD Blue SSD / 1TB WD Blue HD

this looks good for 1080p gaming. it'll be able to run AAA titles when he wants to as well.

Plus I planned on overclocking his CPU as well. I know he wouldn't be running 1440p. Just 1080p. Plus the games wouldn't be demanding either. He plays Fortnite and some other AAA games but that's about it :)
