PC won't start after build

Hello all.

Yesterday I upgraded my rig to a z390 motherboard and a 9900k. When I finished the installation an decided to boot my computer didn't even made an effort to install. I have an aorus pro WiFi and all it did is flash the eagle logo in white without me even pressing the on button. I have an EVGA 850 w PSU 2080 ti. As the idiot that I am the only thing I believe I did wrong was to install the m.2 without the stand off screw... Other than that it's perfect. Motherboard and CPU are both connected. Today I will double check for CPU pins bent or motherboard, and breadboard it and see if it turns on. Other than that do you guys know what the white flash mean?

The eagle logo means that the board POSTed successfully. When happens now when you press the power button on your case? You may not have connected your case wires correctly. Double check or short the power pins with a screwdriver to turn it on.

Nothing happens absolutely nothing. I am going to try the screwdriver thing.
