UPS Suggestions?

I'm looking into getting a UPS to use with my desktop (<600w probably). I just need it to power the desktop through short outages (2 minutes max). I have no idea what to look for so suggestions are appreciated.

eaton UPS are good. I've had 2 of them where the battery lasted about 9-10 years.

I can confirm that an ancient 300w UPS with a near dead battery is not enough to power a computer with a 500w PSU and a screen. (Jesus, that beep it makes when you go over it's capacity was extremely loud.) (I got it for free, the battery was able to power my little laptop for about 10 minutes.)

When my power goes out it does it for a very short time. I'd like to avoid losing my work when the power does go out.
