My motherboard is an Asus prime z370-a and I have tridentz rgb 3200 2x8g ram sticks. I have aura sync and it fails to recognize that the ram; when opening aura it will not show a ram icon (ex. Motherboard or gpu icon) meaning i can’t sync it. I have a asus strix 1080 that is 100% recognized upon start up but the ram has a 25% success rate of being recognized by the program. When it isn’t recognized it will still lit up in its default patterns. This has been an ongoing problem since I built this pc in late July/ early August. I would love for my ram stick to sync 100% like my gpu does upon startup without having to open up the program. If my question is unclear please clink the imgur link. Asus makes great hardware but pathetic software.  Your best bet is probably to completely uninstall Aura Sync (including drivers and registry files) and reinstall it. That should probably work, and if it doesn't you could try using the G.skill software to control the RGB on your ram.

Aura Sync isn't what it's made out to be. Being one of the leaders in the Tech community you would think they would have the best software. As far as I can tell, they just have the best compatibility with other products. My RGB Fusion works better than Aura Sync ever did for me (Crosshair VII to Gaming 7).
