What is you system specs? You could potentially get a 80+ Gold 1200w. Also, on Corsair's website, they have PSU accessories and the sleeved cable set on there. With 24 pin, it runs you about $100

Platinum vs Gold doesn't really matter, but the AX1200i is indeed a better performing unit. If by some chance you need a 1500w PSU (which I doubt), I would recommend the Lepa G1600 over the NEX1500. Another good option you can go with is the EVGA Supernova 1300G2.

What are you powering anyways?.

Alright folks listen... I dont need a 1500w psu, Ive just thought that the nex 1500w would be a good goal because it already have individually sleeved cables which I wouldnt get as default with the ax 1200i. Another question is: Where could I find some individually sleeved cables kit for the ax 1200i without buying from the corsair site?

I think BitFenix has some.

As for the PSUs, I would go the AX1200i route simply because I don't really like EVGA's PSUs, but that's just me.

Why do you need 1200W ? Mining ?

A 750-850W is enough for a dual GPU system.

Answering your question : AX1200i

Alright, as some of you guys feedback I've decided to go with the AX 860i... My system will be pretty much as chosen here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2A0nZ

Now here's the question: Where could I find the corsair sleeved cables kit without buying from the online corsair website? What is better: Buying extension cables or fully sleeved cables compatible with the corsair AXi series?

Buying fully sleeved cables would be a better option. If you buy extension cables, then you've to deal with extra cables & fat connectors behind the tray.

Moddiy.com does custom orders as well as having predone ones.

Same goes for Frozencpu.com

I would go with the Corsair one to avoid that damn bar on the back of the EVGA ones.

Intel Core i5 2400 - Corsair Vengeance 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24 - four strips) - ASUS P8Z68-V LE - GeForce GTX 660 Ti (MSI Power Edition) - 60GB Corsair Force 3 Boot drive with 2.5TB in a random nightmare of a configuration
