iphone 6 case charger not working after update

Hi,

 

I have an iphone 6 and TYLT case charger for it, I recently updated to the latest IOS 12.1.1 and my case charger stopped working. The charging port of the iphone works, the battery case also works (when I charge the case while the iphone is attached the iphone charges too). I spoke with the support and they said the battery case is no longer supported under the current firmware update for the iphone (If I din't misread it). Wanted to ask if anyone is facing any issues by any chance?

 

New to the forum, sorry if this topic is not meant to be here.

Any help would be appreciated!
