What is best for graphic and motion design?

Hello!

 

I'm about to buy a new computer for my office. For practical reasons it has to be a laptop... With the budget i have, I'm between a new Lenovo V330 with an i5 8250U or a used laptop with an older i5 and a Gforce 940M. Is the video card worth it? Do you have any other recommendations?
