Want To Ask About Graphic Cards

To start my story I live in Malaysia in Asia and in middle of building my budget gaming-ish pc 

My Spec

Used Dell Optiplex 760 - RM100

Without Ram and Hard Disk 

Seagate 500gb - RM 80

Used Kingston Ram - RM 60

Used Intel Q9400 @2.66ghz - RM 105

 

Now I need to buy graphic card I have to choose between these two

Used Dell HD 7570 - RM 78

Used Dell HD 8570 - RM 84

 

Game that I will play:

CSGO

Skyrim

Fortnite

Neither of those are going to be able to play modern games, I don't know about Malaysia but a GT 1030 is the minimum to play modern games. The 8570 is better but still won't be able to play modern games.

To show the difference. But both are old cards. Try to find a higher end if you can

GT 1030 in Malaysia you need at least RM 300

If these cards can play csgo,skyrim or fortnite at 720p steady 30 fps I already happy

You can't get good fps without paying for it, the 8570 will get 15 fps at 720p.

I think I will just buy HD 8570 it look like it can get 100+ on csgo 1080p low
