Does anyone know if ek rgb water blocks are compatible with Biostar 5050 led header?

Which EKWB product are you looking at specifically, they have both analog and addressable RGB equipment.

That one would used a standard 4-pin 12V RGB header so it would work.

Ok, thank you. Do you know how I would sync the ekwb, trident z ram, and Thermaltake rgb fittings?

As long as the motherboard supports syncing they would have RGB lighting control software to do so in it's program. For the thermal RGB fittings however that uses it's own proprietary control system.
