Best phone for $250

Hey everyone,

I will be looking to get a new phone for $250. I am currently in Malaysia (can't really use US sites), but I am pretty sure use prices will be somewhat similar. Considering used and new. I would like something with good quality video, 4K would be great if that's even possible.

Don't know about US prices, but here in UK you can buy Xperia XA2 for around 250 euros. Its a great phone capable of recording 4k.
