The 1050ti is almost certainly your bottleneck, you're likely going to have to drop a few settings depending on the game.

You need a more powerful GPU if you're not getting enough fps it's because the 1050ti is a weak ass entry level budget card

For better understanding.
Run MSI AFTERBURNER with on screen display on.
Check the CPU and GPU usage and post here.

For the specs you have mentioned above, its most likely you gonna need New GPU in order to get more fps and 1050ti isnt much powerfull for 1080p 60fps gaming ( max setting ).
