Looking for a USB controller card

Hello, im looking for a probably strange and specific USB controller card, can be PCI or PCI-E (no larger than 8X if PCI-E)

 

What it needs:

Internal USB 3.0 Header

Internal USB 2.0 Header

Preferred no external power requirement.

 

Incase any of you are curious, it is for putting this into a PowerEdge 2900, which has no standard internal USB headers; and is too old for USB 3.0 anyways. This wouldn't be used for more than pulling photos off of CF cards and other non time-sensitive tasks; so if i need to use a USB 2.0 -> 3.0 adapter and just get a card with dual internal USB 2.0 I will; but I cant find one of those either.

I have one of those, but thats just not quite as fun, and it doesnt satisfy my fetish for all slots being filled

This all seems like far too much effort for what it does.

Why not just throw in a fan controller or something to flll the space?

Not sure you can find a card with both internal headers on it

Or hell, like I said I'd also take one with 2 USB 2.0 headers. I can't find that either

Nah, my main rig is an 8600k and an RX580. This is my server
