No display from graphics card

I have been troubleshooting other issues with my machine recently, and suddenly my computer wont output a display. Ive tried using a separate graphics card and a non HDMI output, but neither worked. Ive also tried reseting the bios and that didn't work either.

The obvious things;

Check HDMI/Other cable connections,

Check power input 6/8 pin if connected properly,

Make sure GPU is in PCI slot correctly, if it's a little bit loose or not flush it may not read it.

 

Software:

Check drivers or software issues, try reinstalling the driver or try a different driver version.

 

Check for any physical defects.

Try the GPU on another machine.

 

It could be a problem with the mobos pci slot.
