Dell optiplex 9010 Small Form Factor

i5 3550

4GB DDR3 Samsung RAM

WD 500GB velocitraptor

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Power keeps cycling on and on.

Tried disconnecting psu.

Even other psus 

Removing RAM

Still nothing 

This used to happen before but by changing the power cable it wud stop.

Tried the Self diagnostic feature on the psu but still nothing.

Also try different RAM, as a system with dead RAM won't post either. For good measure I'd try to reseat the CPU as well.

I would try what they said and check for potentially bent pins on the board. It is likely a ram issue if the psu isn't the problem. When I had ram issues my system would power on and cycle through the same set of post codes and then power itself off and in some cases back on after that

Shudnt the PC POST without memory 

because I tried reseating the memory

Will try reseating CPU.

Nope not even a POST 

But recently I checked and received the orange light blinking 2,6 when checked it says dead motherboard.

This happened last time but changing the power cable fixed.
