Are these two compatible?

Yes it supports the 3200Mhz. Check if you have them in the correct slots. Or try one stick at a time and maybe one is faulty. Test one, if it posts, swap with the other, if it fails, than that's the bad one. Plus RAM isn't always as the advertised speed until XMP is enabled, so it wasn't automatically running at the 3200Mhz frequency.

Could it be that I didn't connect some parts properly to the motherboard?

Is this a new system? That error seems to refer to a boot issue with Windows 10 install, nothing to do with RAM at all.

Yes it's a new system. Haven't tried the BIOS update variant, but about everything else.. 

If that doesn't work, I'll just give to a PC repair shop or something

do you have a friend with identically specced memory, if so try his out, maybe you just got some faulty memory. this happens from time to time, even on new stuff from reputable brands. Just a suggestion.
