1 FPS

I recently bought a pc and I wanted to play shadow of the tomb raider on it, but for some reason the game did not go above 3 FPS and was moslty locked on 1 FPS the same happend on assasins creed. games like hitman 2 run fine and I can do everything else without a problem. I have a i9 9900k and rtx 2080 ti so I don't think the hardware is the problem. every time I want to start shadow of the tomb raider it gives me a warning that no display adapters is installed and whenever I try to overclock the gpu Hitman 2 crashes right after it starts, even though I have a more than capable cooler for overclocking. Can anyone help,because I haven't seen similar problems on the internet.

Even the 9900K's iGPU has better FPS than that.

With a system that strong even throttling, out-dated drivers, or even defective hardware won't get you close to that 1 fps. 

Like others said, you most likely got scammed (assuming that this isn't a troll post)
