Those temps are fine so that's not the problem.

What is the max temp for a GPU like this one https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1050-Ti-GAMING-4G.html

Depends on which case it's in, what other hardware is in the PC, how many fans there are, the layout of the fans, the RPM of the fans, the ambient temperature, etc.

Wdym "max temp"?

MSI uses what they call 'Zero Frozr' mode which means the fans don't run unless the GPU hits 60 C.  My MSI 1080 sits around 55 C just using light desktop stuff (general internet browsing, Youtube, spreadsheets, etc).  Totally normal and not a problem.  If it bugs you just force a custom fan curve via Afterburner that has the fans on all the time.

Be sure to QUOTE or TAG me in your reply so I see it!
