Chrome not working after Windows Update

so Im running Windows 10 64bit and after an update Chrome stopped working properly..with that i mean..it may work for 2 minutes then pages show that they are loading till they show error!

i have done everything i could clear cache install uninstall turning off sync etc...anyone has any idea pls?thnx

Something only Windows support will be able to answer since they updated your PC.

even uninstalled all windows updates..still
