i dont want to rip someone off, maybe you guys can help me?

So what i know:
its a Mac Pro 2009
the cases is it pretty good shape and the moterboard and psu work.

i could't get the cpu cooler of since i dont have the right tool so i cant check the cpu model but i know its one of this:
Quad-core: One 2.66GHz, 2.93GHz, or 3.33GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 3500
i will sell it with the lowest specs sinse i dont know them

the original grapic card is a ATI Radeon HD 4870, with some problems (when i got my hand on the case 3 of the Capacitors was ripped of the card so i order 3 new one and soldered them back on, but then i noticed the power connectors was gone (still dont have then but easy to get hold on or buy a new GPU compatable with mac pro)

i have no Ram for the case or the orignal
i have no HDD or the orignal
i have no operating system
i have no dvd reader in it and not the orignal

so the price, i was thinking from $117 to $292

So basically, no drives, no RAM, no working GPU, no DVD drive, and just the single CPU Xeon W model.

Does it still have all original drive caddies or not? If not, then it's setting off a ton of red flags for potential buyers, so the value would be closer to that 117 than to the 292.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro
