Intel s5000psl won't boot

Hello, i just have bought a used s5000psl. Trying to boot it, without any success.

What i have are 2 green lights, main and battery. When i power the board, turning on the psu or connecting to the power, the yellow and the blue lights appear, the fan start spining quiet, then faster and then completly stops, yellow light blinks 5 times and turns green, blue light disappears.

I have mounted external 120 pwm fan, which is spining normaly too, so it is not the case. Ram modules are 2 1gb sticks from Kingston. CPU is single intel 5130.

Any help would greatly appreciated.
