How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Im thinking of just getting it for the end of life of my System...at 100 its not bad and will be a huge boost in my FX 8350 in my sig (since I prefer 1600x900 gaming).  I want to put the machine down but its not bad and having 2 kids makes me eeek out my stuff as much as possible lol.  Ill lose my multimonitor setup but that's just for monitoring crap while gaming lol

hmmm no hdmi is a deal breaker for me, was thinking the kids gaming pc but need hdmi for tv connection.

1600x900 master race. Doesn't look bad at all on a smaller monitor.

Bwuahahaha yeah its a 19" Hannspree I got a LONG time ago that I am just very used to.  It has 1 dead pixel but I don't notice it unless I try to.  My wife has a ACER 27" 2k and while its pretty AF...Im old and that saying about old dogs new tricks is true lol...when I sit on her PC I feel like Im looking ALL over the place to keep track of stuff

 

Decided to not spend money on this GPU personally - if Im going to breathe life into it I need to get a GTX 1070 so I at least put better money into it than this GPU topic lol.
