help with RGB connector

Woahduds

I have the asus x370 (here https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X370-F-GAMING ) which have two 4 pins rgb connector. My new case ( https://www.rosewill.com/product/atx-mid-tower-gaming-pc-computer-case-aura-sync-compatible-dual-ring-rgb-led-fans-top-mount-psu-hdd-ssd-tempered-glass-steel-prism-s500 ) it said it is compatible with aura sync but only have 3 pins connector. I wonder if there is a converter that i could buy to make it work?

3 pin should work in a 4 pin(PWM) (on the Mobo) but not the other way around as you lose the control pin (4th one)

The RGB lights and fans you have are addressable RGB and will not work with 4 pin analog RGB headers which your board only has.

He's talking about the RGB lights on the fans and not the fan control itself.

my fan connector is not a 3 or a 4. It is a 4 pin connector but definitely not a fan connector. The fan connector connect to a hub and that hub connector needs to go to my motherboard rgb connector. The motherboard is 4 pin male but the connector of the hub is 3 pin female
