Looking for replacement options under $300

Is it worth replacing my Samsung syncmaster 2333? I would like something larger but this display just won't quit. I have had it since 2009 and I feel it's time but not sure what I could upgrade while being quality for around 250 to 300 price range. The specs I will paste below.

Are you saying that this display is still viable for today's world or just not worth paying up to $300 to replace it for a newer display because the displays at around $300 or less is are not amazingly better?
