Gaming PC Help Please

So I am looking to get a gaming PC and I have no idea of where to start or what I should be looking for to purchase. I am unable to build my own gaming PC so I been watching videos and trying to research a PC that will play Farming Simulator 19 along with previous versions. And other simulations games as well. I play on a ps4 but have wanted to upgrade to a gaming pc.

I been looking at this cyberpowerpc that I can purchase on payments but unsure if this would be worth the price or not and how well would it run? I am disabled so my income is limited so monthly payments are really my best option.

Here is a link to what I been looking at. Thank you.

I been looking at this cyberpowerpc

CyberPower PC's are AWESOME. However, that price is overpaying for those parts. $437 too much to be exact... Same build, part for part. $786.71 at the time of this comment to build that same PC. To be sure you don't want to pay an extra $437 for someone else to build it. Even after buying all those extra fans with RGB lighting(completely unnecessary), you're still paying $400 more.

The best deals on CyberPower PC's are during Christmas time at Bestbuy. You can play games like Farming Simulator 19 on low to middle end PC's so an i7 may be more than enough for your needs. An i5/Ryzen 3 or 5 and 2-4GB GPU should be all you need unless you plan to game in high resolutions or if you plan to stream and/or edit video. Just make sure you go with at least 8GB of RAM or 12-16GB of RAM if you want a stutter free gaming experience across AAA titles with more demanding graphics. I'd look for a quad-core CPU and probably a 1050 ti 4GB or 1060 3GB to suit your gaming needs in 1080p.

When you do buy one, be sure to ask what PSU and motherboard it comes with. These are two areas they like to make extra money on. Make sure the PSU is at least an 80+ BRONZE. The motherboard can be pretty basic but I would want one that isn't the cheapest available if you know what I mean. For example, if you were to go with an i7-8700(again for streaming and video editing purposes), then you would rather the motherboard be a B360 over an H310. Multiple reasons why. An H310 would suffice but a B360 would be nice. A Z370 or a Z390 would be even nicer but I would think you're not exactly going to be overclocking anything.

Thank you so much for your help and advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out with this. Can you make just a couple of suggestions or recommendations of a good gaming PC from BestBuy to keep an eye on for holiday sales? I play mostly simulator type games and some games like war ships intrigue me to try and play. Games I unfortunately can never play are first person shooter games like call of duty because for some reason I get the worst motion sickness with the fast pace movement and that feeling can last up to 8 hours. But there are plenty of games out there that I can still play but my concern is stuttering since that can have an effect on me as well. So I need something that can run smooth. Also I love the FS games and want to run some of the mods that are offered for FS which will be a lot different for me to learn compared to the ps4.

Also what does it mean to "overclock" on a PC?

I have thought about doing some streaming and video editing just to have something else to do and I'm ok with 1080p resolution as I have that and a 4k LG TV but I cant see much difference between 1080p vs 4K in resolution. Sorry for the long messy reply here but again thank you for taking time out of your day to help me out. I really appreciate it. Thank you and have a great weekend.
