Ram speed issue (please help)

So I am pretty sure my ram is running slow. In task manager my ram is supposedly running at 800mhz and even user benchmark thinks my ram is 800mhz.... well I have 1600mhz ram and cpu id gets it right but uuhh ya can someone help me? I would like it if my user bench mark score was better.

CPU: R7 7800x3d (PBO undervolted)

GPU: 7900XT

RAM: 32gb Gskill Ripjaws S5 6000mhz

MOBO: Asus TUF B650e wifi

CASE: Xtia Xproto ATX

 

Server PC:

GPU: R9 Fury X

RAM: Assorted 4gb sticks (24gb total)

MOBO: Asus Sabretooth X58

GPU: 7900XT

RAM: 32gb Gskill Ripjaws S5 6000mhz

MOBO: Asus TUF B650e wifi

CASE: Xtia Xproto ATX

 

Server PC:

 

CPU: Xeon X5690

GPU: R9 Fury X

RAM: Assorted 4gb sticks (24gb total)

MOBO: Asus Sabretooth X58

CASE: Alienware Area 51 ALX

800 is the single data rate. Did you enable XMP in the BIOS?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Hmm whats xmp?  should I enable it or disable it?

Xmp is extreme memory profile, but it's Intel and AMD has a different name for it, DOCP

Thanks also just asking where would I find DOCP under? my motherboard has a few categories: Main, Ai tweaker, advanced, power, boot, and tools.
