Try and find the 8 Gb rx 580 not the 4gb.

If he is going to play at 1080p resolution there's no difference in performance between the 4gb and 8gb variants what so ever, so OP should pick whichever is cheaper.

I say that because sometimes the 8gb ends up cheaper due to demand hehe.

Okay, so I decided to move onto PC from PS4 and got my PC all up and running but I just need a Graphics Card I looked around the internet seeing which ones are in my price range but I am needing assistance if it would be able run a few games I will be playing. These games include: ARK: Survival Evolved, GTA 5 and Rainbow Six Siege.

I am currently looking at a Graphics Card I am willing to buy if it can be able to run those games on Medium Settings. (Especially for ark)

These are my specs:

Ryzen 5 2600G 3.6Ghz

ASUS PRIME B350 PLUS

Corsair VS550 Watt Power Supply

HyperX 2x 4gb RAM (Will be getting 2x 8gb)

1TB Seagate Hard Drive

Windows 10 Professional

The Graphics Card I would be buying is:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 Windforce 3GB GDDR5

Is this Graphics Card suitable for atleast those games on Medium settings?

If more info is required please tell what I need to give.

Yeah, the 580 performs around a 1060 6gb (the "real" 1060) and is cheaper. And you get 2 free games with it

I have looked at my local computer store they have two 580's within my price range.

I am unsure what differences there are between them. They are:

Gigabyte Radeon RX580 Gaming 4GB GDDR5

and

Gigabyte Radeon RX580 AORUS 4GB GDDR5

I think I will go for the Gigabyte Radeon RX580 Gaming 8GB for $329 around $50 more. Do you guys recommend as well?

Much more futureproof. RX 570 at 8gb is a better choice than rx580 at 4gb(really no value there, even a r9 380 is a better value/money, i would only recommend rx580 4 gb if you could find it for 150$ not a cent more, same goes for 1060 3gigs). Games are becoming more demanding in ram recently. But still yur money your choice
