Yep, just sign in and it'll walk you through it on the new install when you go to activate it again

Is it a digital license or retail? Yes. Is it OEM? It's not supposed to.

That no longer applies to windows 10.

Also in previous versions of windows too sometimes.

It means original equipment manufacturer. Rebuilt systems like Dell will use these types of licenses. This is also a type of license you could buy from places like Amazon. Retails allows you to switch hardware components as much as you want. OEM is supposed to only be used once and usually linked to the motherboard. I will only say what is legal.
