Budget Upgrade From My RX 480?

AcousticTie

I've got an RX 480 4GB and an I-7 4790K OC'd to 4.7GHz.  While my processor has some years left, the RX 480 is quickly showing its age in games like GTA V, Fallout 76, Farcry 5 and Arma III.  Where should I go from here?  I don't have a preference between AMD and Nvidia, and I only want to play 1440P High on AAA titles.  I wont be using it as a workstation.

i think so, if everyone buying the new 2070, if not it would stay the same.

you can buy it used too you know. many 2070 upgraders sell their old 1070.

Theres always the possibility of going older and grabbing yourself a GTX 980ti from ebay or some place similar, they perform like a 1070 in the end but use more power.
