Nope, your GPU and CPU are pretty well balanced. You could probably even go up a GPU tier if you wanted, but you'll be able to play 1080p games very well at 60+ fps.

Will it be bottlenecked? Probably. Is it still going to be a rather good experience regardless? Yep.

Do not worry about it.  CPU and GPU are relatively well matched.

Old high end CPU + new mid range GPU is usually a really good combo.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
