gpu GPU causing pc restart

Hi! Recently, while playing Warthunder, i suddenly experienced random pc restarts w/o bluescreens. Just straight turning off of my pc and automatically starting again though my cryorig cpu cooler led rgb never turns off. At first, it occured maybe once or twice a day. Then it got frequent so it got me concerned. Specs are as follows:

 

CPU: i5 4460

GPU: Galax Exoc GTX 970 Exoc Black

PSU: Cougar HEC 550w 80+ Bronze

1080p 144hz Monitor

 

Notes:

Pc restarts with the monitor turning black, the fans stops spinning but the LED on my cpu cooler and LED strips never turned off, then after 2 to 3 secs it automatically starts normally.

 

Had the system for over 3 years now. No previous problems whatsoever.

 

Only happes in warthunder. Other AAA games have no problem (Rise of Tomb, Witcher III, Crysis). Warthunder res is x2 via nvidia MFAA

 

Overclock settings in MSI afterburner

125% power limit, no other manual oc.

CPU temps at 45, GPU temp at 71 max.

 

Nvidia drivers are up to date.

 

The catch:

Tried heaven benchmark, no problem

 

OC my gpu to 125% power target, +75 core clock, ,+200 mem clock, no problem in heaven as well

 

Downloaded OCCT and performed the psu test with only the 125% power target = Crash and restart. I noted though that my temps are at 68c but the power target went up to 135%. So i thought its causing the problem. Ran OCCT with 110%, crash 100% crash as well. So what I did was set the power target at 90%. No crash at OCCT. Been playing Warthunder and no random restarts whatsoever. Is there any point of concern? Is my gpu failing or my psu?

90% power target

+0 core clock

+0 mem clock
