I am going to be building a NAS soon and found this motherboard: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157350&Description=ASRock - EP2C602-4L&cm_re=ASRock_-_EP2C602-4L-_-13-157-350-_-Product I hope to use a CPU such as this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/222870480347  I was originally looking at a Supermicro X9SRL-F motherboard but it is now out of stock and I can't find another inexpensive listing on ebay, which is when I found the ASRock motherboard above. I was also going to use this memory: https://www.ebay.com/itm/302606459277

I know servers are picky with memory so I am wondering if this memory is compatible with the ASRock board. It's not on the QVL list as far as I can tell but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work. Also if anyone has a different CPU/motherboard/memory combination in mind I'm open to something else.
