Problem with my computer

I bought a msi motherboard B350 gaming plus motherboard with a ryzen 2200g with radeon vega graphics.  Ram 8 gb hyper fury ddr4 2666 . After installing windows on an samsung ssd 860 i went on youtube and i got this pixellated screen. My pc restarted and after i tried to run tboi and i got the blue screen. Reinstalled all drivers but still having this problems. When i restart my pc it needs a lot of time  and after my screen went black i can still hear my cpu cooler fun running.

Another problem is that i've got a asus dual-band bluethoot pci-e adapter but most of the time my pc can find it or it says the card is damaged. What should i do?(sorry for my bad english but i'm writing from my smarthphone and i'm in "panic")

 

Edit: since my father throwed away the cardboard of all pc component how can i return it back?

From the pictures you've taken it looks like the iGPU is faulty.
