That's a pretty good card.

PNY makes decent products

For sure? I want to buy a gpu and this card is 15$ cheaper than other 1070ti s, does it worth it or do i need to spend a little more to get an msi, or asus one

Gaming pc: CPU(AMD Ryzen 5 1600), MOBO(MSI B450M Bazooka), RAM(DDR4 2x8GB 2666MHz Kingston Fury Black), STORAGE(120GB WD Green SSD , 1TB WD Blue HDD), GPU(incoming), PSU(incoming), CASE(Nzxt h400i)

It's an all right card.

Something from EVGA or Asus would be better, but if you're on a tighter budget, then this one would work. Or you could head over to the used market, as Pascal cards are pretty cheap there.

I dont want to buy a used card :/ So do you think is should invest that 15$ to get a bigger brands card?

If you want a card that's definitely better quality, yes.

Stay away from MSI Armor, Zotac Amp, Zotac Amp Extreme, and all the mini/ITX cards(I take it you don't have an ITX system).

Actually i have a micro atx case, and i have only four slots, i consider buying a blower stile gpu

Founder's Edition is basically the best blower you can get.
