Bad OBS Stream Quality

Hello! How can i improve stream quality on OBS my internet speed is 60 down and 20 up my bit rate on OBS set to 13000 but quality is still extremely bad. And when i'm trying to use my cpu (8700K) stream quality is beautiful but the actual stream have like freezes. And yes i have set CBR!

Pls HELP!

 

My rig:

i7 8700K (not overclocked yet)

MSI GAMING X PLUS 1060 6GB (OC)

Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz 16gb

Intel Optane 32 GB

What service are you streaming to?

Lower the GPU usage, by  capping fps to below what it's doing now. NVENC do bug out when the GPU is hitting max usage.

 

btw last time I used NVENC, I need to raise my bitrate to 20000 for the picture to look good. I hope it's no longer the case.

U mean the stuttering in video? If yes thats happens only with x264 encoder

x264 is generally far better than nvenc for stream quality (unless the bitrate is very high). Does OBS say encoding is overloaded when streaming with x264?

Oh sorry, i put 13000 only when i use NVEC when i use x264 i have it on 6000

Why in the world would you need 13000Kb to stream to youtube? You need to use the fine tune. Take a look here https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/

13000kbps is far over what YT recommends as bitrate for your upload. You should be using 7000kbps at most. And you don't really need much more than that.

I use like 3500-4000 bitrate for my streams.  13000 is crazy.  I find 3500-4000 to be good for an ok internet speed and good looking streams.

Thats not enough for 1080p60, if thats what OP is after. For 1080p60, 5000kbps is recommended. 3500kbps+ is good for 720p60 and 1080p30.
