PC Will Randomly Turn Off, Then Get Stuck In A Boot Loop

Here is my Specs
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe PH-ES614LTG_BK Black Aluminum Exterior/Steel Chassis/Tempered Glass Panel, Full Tower ATX Case
Processor: Intel Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 GAMING, 11G-P4-6696-KR
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus XI Code

Event Log for turn offs
10:07 it turned off, then auto restarted pc and was able to login
10:11 it turned off, then auto restarted pc and was able to login
10:18 it turned off, then auto restarted pc and was able to login
10:26 it turned off, then auto restarted pc and was able to login
10:33 it turned off, then auto restarted pc and then sat on black screen after post till 10:37 when I manually turned off
10:38 turned on PC 10:41 manually turned off pc after pc was stuck on black screen after post
Was getting a QCode of AE = Legacy Boot Event

Currently running and working as of right now typing this up

Might seem like a silly solution, but have you tried running a different OS, perhaps a Linux based operating system from a bootable USB. After going through this thread we seemed to be discussing issues with Windows start-up repair and the like, just to be sure we experience the same issues on a different operating system. Just a suggestion. It's a real head scratcher...
