You are right but ill end up adding a monitor 1440p 144hz later for Black ops 4 , should i get the MSI GT83?

If long term future proofing is what you are after, then yes, of the two that is what I would recommend.

UK and about £2200 i got a PC with I5 8600K with a GTX 1060 6GB but also need a gaming laptop
