Titan Trouble!

1 my MSI card was in the pc (Twin Frozr 3 Power overclocked R6950 2GB version) 5b5b4267c6320_Screenshot2018-07-27at12_01_43PM_png_a5e682d425354e11dbb5b83a0e181501.png.4d8e01b519d6634e2563a676893824de.png

given a Titan X OG (Haswell) so deleted all AMD stuff, the Titan didn't work tried to reinstall AMD stuff but not working correctly so I need help with that,

I have the cd/dvd for drivers (even though I remember downloading the drivers but still will not work right.

I think the original setup I had, gave me the ability to right click on the desktop and an AMD option to change resolution this won't work now,

the original had Raptr with it (that I removed after it all installed) but it doesn't seem to be an option just Hydra within the installer.

2 The Titan X OG stated OS from Vista 7,8,8.1, 10, Linux and free BSD 86 not sure what that is but it does not state A) the amount of RAM or type needed I have 14GB DDR3.

3 they never stated board types or processors mine i3-2120 they stated mine wasn't tested at any point but if available for Vista does not support more than 4GB of RAM on the 32 bit, the 64 bit home basic 8, home premium 16, Business, Enterprise and Ultimate editions are 128GB. Great video idea to see if a 32bit could support it cuz it's there if not it's false advertising!

The Rig;

Gateway DX4870-UB20P,

Acer IPIMB-AR motherboard

Intel i3-2120 3.0-3.3GHz CPU

original 6 added 8 total 14GB DDR3 RAM,

original 1TB HDD copied to 500GB SSD,

removed stock cooler for Cooler Master 12V (not compatible until after some new holes were drilled,

Have you tried DDU to get rid of the old AMD drivers?

yes, went into safe mode DDU removed  drivers restarted I keep getting a question mark telling me errors after the installation, is the MSI DVD supposed to have Raptr, I think the newer ones removed that due to issues. Also should the cable matter? My monitor is on Display Port to a DP -Mini DP adapter that came with card. The original was a tv connected via VGA to DVI by an adapter. I have DVI and HDMI as well (the monitor is a 144Hz) if it helps.
