Razer Blackwidow Chroma stuck in demo mode!

Hey guys,

I have recently dug out my old 2015 Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE, after plugging it in I was faced with a rainbow cycle of colours and reactive keys when pressing on any of the keys. I was also not getting an input from any of the keys. After searching around I found out the keyboard was stuck in demo mode and I found many users faced with the same problem. I was told to remove the demo mode I would have to hold down specific keys when plugging the keyboard in (for example CTRL + CAPS + M5). All of the combinations didn't work at all on the keyboard, I have so far tried CTRL + CAPS + ESC, CAPS + ESC and SHIFT + CAPS + ESC. None of these combinations work at all and I feel this is due to me having the Tournament edition version of the keyboard. I have now taken the keyboard apart after thinking it could be a hardware issue yet after testing all the keys all the lights are working which makes me think the keys are still alive! I have no idea how to fix this problem and any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Is it still under warranty? If so, I'd start the process of getting a replacement
