Hey Guys curious How do you change the windows 10 boot logo?

 

WIN OS Version 10 Enterprise

You may do this using HackBGRT. But I'm not sure is it fully legal method. And you must re-hack it every update.

Yeah I installed that but was confused by the notepad file it did

The boot logo of Windows 10 comes from your UEFI chip. If the motherboard manufacture does not give you the tool to change the image in there, you are out of luck.

If your system is set to Legacy mode to run legacy OS, but decided to regardless install Windows 10, or your system is old and doesn't have UEFI (uses BIOS), then yes, you can change the image by modifying system file related to the boot sequence. Be aware that you'll need to do it every time Windows is updated, and currently, Windows 10 has a lot of back-end stuff being changed under each update, so you may break your system from booting successfully if the tool that you use to hack the image file is not updated to reflect the boot file if it was updated.
