  1. Don't worry about having too much current. Electric parts will only draw what they need, so your 2.5A (not Amp hours) should power the green pcb perfectly fine.
  2. Voltage:
    1. Get a step down converter (usually called a buck converter). Most of those have a screw-thing in order to change the resistance, which affects the output voltage.
    2. In order to make sure the output voltage is where you want it, I'd recommend you go out and buy a decent multimeter. (Amazon is probably way cheaper than radioshack)
    3. Try to get something that supports lower voltages. e.g.
      1.  https://www.amazon.com/Valefod-Efficiency-Voltage-Regulator-Converter/dp/B076H3XHXP/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1529355749&sr=8-8&keywords=buck+converter
      2. If you don't want to get a multi-meter, get https://www.amazon.com/DROK-180057-Converter-Step-down-Stabilizer/dp/B00BYTEHQO/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1529355749&sr=8-4&keywords=buck%2Bconverter&th=1

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

i think i'll order the ones u linked since im trying to get 7.2V to around 3.7-3.6V. i'll post a video on here when im done with this dubstep gun.
