best 35" wide n curved monitor; leaning towards the massdrop vast

is the massdrop vast still king of the market like it was when it first came out price and performance wise, would like to know before committing a lot of money into this and your reason as to why?

Honestly, it wasn't even king when it came out. There were better options available.

$550, i meant value wise more than being technologically ahead of the game

 

the viotek one i put the link for is in the same price range though it has double the response time (4ms vs. 2ms) and doesn't have the really flexible stand like the vast does

It only has FreeSync right? No GSync?

Ahh, at 550 it's not bad. I remember there being other monitors that had a better Freesync range but they must have been on sale during the last drop.
