Noctua NH-L9x65 or Scythe - Mugen 5 Rev. B 51.2 for Ryzen 5 1600x

Guest

I would like to build a value oriented build with the Ryzen 5 1600x but I am torn up with which cooler to get. Should I get the Noctua NH-L9x65 or Scythe - Mugen 5 Rev. B 51.2? I plan to overclock a bit. Thanks in advance!

The Mugen 5 Rev. B is much better and performs similarly to the NH-D15S. The NH-L9x65 is only good when nothing bigger fits.

Moved to Air Cooling.

Mugen 5 is perfectly quiet.  I don't see the need to spend nearly double for a Noctua.
