Xbox 360S 4GB Internal Flash Data Recovery

So last summer, during a normal rainstorm, my basement room got some flooding through a closed locked window wherein the Window Well filled up and gushed through the cracks. My Computer survived, but my Xbox 360 S (sometimes called the Slim) definitely got alot of water in it (poured alot out of it). I was able to get Silica Gel (normally used for Flower Preserving) to use as a "Rice Bath" to draw the moisture out of the Console and the Power Brick over the course of a week. After attempting to plug in the Power Brick, I noticed the light on the Brick wasn't lighting up, and since then I haven't even looked into getting another Power Brick to test the console (don't have my own car, have limited mobility, time passed, I got hospitalized, life happened).
However, if I could find some way of recovering the Save Files from the Internal 4gb Flash Memory, I wouldn't have to start over on many RPGs that I haven't even totally completed yet. And recently I saw the Drivesavers Data Recovery Tour video, and it inspired me to question the idea of Data Recovery from the Internal Flash Memory should the console in fact be dead. Google has failed me, Youtube has failed me, I can't seem to find any reliable source of information on how one might go about recovering the data from that device, or even reliable information about it beyond "replacement" listings on Amazon. From what I can see from the Amazon Listings, it seems there is a connector on the PCB to attach it to the motherboard, but I can't make out how one would use that connector to attempt to retrieve the data without attaching it to another Xbox 360S Console.
In the mean time after my Xbox "may have died", I did get a replacement Xbox 360E Console from Half-Price Books for about $30, but they changed the connector for the Power Brick (and I assume possibly also the voltage). So no go on testing the old console with that Power Brick, and it seems Power Bricks for the Xbox 360S run for about $30-$40, which if my Xbox is dead, isn't worth me dishing out for. And with my bad ankle I can't just walk to Hi-Score Video just to go ask if I can test out my dead Xbox.

It's not really something you CAN do yourself. Best course of action is to send it somewhere for professional data recovery.

and the price of this will likely be EXTREMELY high and not worth it to the average consumer. Have fun and start over.

yeah, it's just a few thousand hours of gameplay over the past 7-8 years...
