Hyper 212 Evo

I have a Ryzen 2400G which I plan to overclock so I am looking for cpu coolers, can I use the hyper 212 Evo since on amazon they support AM4 and in the pictures there looks to be the same mount needed to adapt it to the AM4 socket.

Is my assumption correct

So long as the cooler you get is new stock, you will be able to use it. The EVO is popular enough to where you will probably get new stock.

Personally I'd get the Hyper 212X - "replaced" the 212 Evo a few years ago - better fan

You may need to request bracket from CM after you have purchased cooler and CPU/mobo.
