BIOS help

If I'm in my bios doing things (other than flashing it) and I have a power outage, will I be in trouble and lost data. Or do bad things only happen if you're flashing the bios and you have a power outage.

You should be fine unless you're flashing it, but I wouldn't go around trying my luck.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Power reset when it the bios won't cause any issues. The settings your changing go into ram that is easily reset and you can't change the rom in the bios during normal use.
