Will be any problems if i put an air cooler in my carry on bag?

It will go with its original packaging.

It just a metal piece with a fan. Nothing weird.

Sealed box would be best, I think you can ask customs officers for sealing tape. Though if you don't have any layovers, then there's no need for sealing it.
